Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

I have seen him comment fairly lately, and I have PMed him with questions a year or more ago.  I think he is still around, just not quite as active as the past.  I agree that he gives good solid advice.   :2thumbs:
