Bare in mind I'll have to ship to the UK which will no doubt cost 40 billionty pounds, which conversion kit would you all recommend?

Thanks

There are some threads on here for DIY kits, or you can go to this guy.  If You decide to use him, give him a call rather than order on line, things will go more smoothly.  I used the stage 2 kit so I can run 15" wheels if I want.  Don't forget to get the proper MC, lines and distribution block.  He can give you info on all you need.

Wow! What a read! Thanks for that b5blue. That article turns over a lot of stones. Thanks again. I added that to my favorites for later reference.

Read here first: https://www.allpar.com/history/mopar/brakes/disc-main.html

Read the article.  That looks very similar to the setup I got from Dr Diff.  Lots of parts are the same, IIRK.  Neat article just the same.  I might have been tempted to go that way if I had seen it a few years ago.

They are basically the parts outlined, a good reading.  :2thumbs:

That info has being around since ever, just from Mopar Action magazine on line, and was called "Disc-O-Tech", and has being talked MANY times here and several boards  ( really MANY times on most of mopar boards ). Sometimes I get amazed how some old timers could never advertised it on board. Or is just that I don't have really a life ? LOL.

Thankfully the article was saved when the mag was gone. I liked better how it was presented on the Mopar action website thought

as soon you get the spindles from 73 and laters A bodies ( used ) and caliper brackets, you can get the rest of parts from any regular parts shop such as Rockauto. Just taking in mind the calipers kind, slider or pins and matching the hoses and pads for it. You can get even drilled and slotted rotors from Rock Auto ( Centric ), so don't need to get expensive kits for it and still keep it Mopar with later stock parts
