Hello i was wondering if anyone has a B3 light blue poly R/T charger or were they mostly white hat specials in this color anyone have a picture of one with black vinyl top and black rump stripe there is a couple on the web but nothing really top end restoration

Puzbie

Hello... they were made with Black vinyl tops... I don't know about R/Ts as mine is a SE with a 383.  I am doing a numbers matching restoration and the factory color was B3 blue.  I think this is what you are looking for minus the stripe...  Still in the middle of the restoration though...

Just for clarity... that wasn't my car but I think I asked about B3's as well. (My ID picture shows what my car looked like when I got it in '86)

Also, if you look up user IceBlue (I think) you will find a B3 build... I don't believe he is still on here though.

Thanks everyone for the comments... one day I will start a thread of the build... :yesnod:

never said it was your car, but when you introduced on board it was posted along the thread ;)

B3 was available on all 69 charger models !
here's a original  B3 69 R/T in the link below !
..... ive not seen many R/Ts that color ! although that dont mean much,
maybe  Ghoste would be able to give you a better idea on how  many  B3 69 charger R/Ts are registered compared to XP chargers   :scratchchin:

I recently a 70 charger RT in EB3 blue with black interior and black vinyl top with a black trunk stripe. Hoping to have the body done and painted back in EB3 in the next 10 weeks or so. I have pics of the car but can't post from my phone for some reason

bigdsul

Just did some digging and found that about 200 70 charger RT were done in EB3 light blue which makes it a pretty rare surviving example
