My 68 RT Charger was not ordered with the optional in dash RPM gauge.  Why it was not is a mystery to me.  Has anyone ever removed the stock clock and install the stock RPM gauge in it's place?  Is it feasible and possible?

They didn't have just a tach, you got a tach/clock, clock or delete plate. Someone makes just a tach now for the rally dash but most opt for the "Tick Toc Tack".

I recently removed the factory clock and installed the upgraded Tic-Toc-Tach into my 1968 Charger.
Got the part from Classic Industries here - https://www.classicindustries.com/product/1968/dodge/charger/parts/1277441.html

Covered the install on my Youtube channel here -

Also did a more detailed discussion of how to remove the dash cluster here -

NOTE - They do offer a tach only option here - https://www.classicindustries.com/product/1968/dodge/charger/parts/mb320.html

Good luck.
