So my Firecore RTR Dizzy took a dump? (What to try next?)

Well after a year of chasing issues and putting the 70 Charger in the shop I get the call that the dist. is the root of the problem. I just want a reliable ignition system? Is there one.  :scratchchin: This is the 4th fail.

Firecore dist is not more than just a fancy MP (Mallory) dist with more serviceable parts... well actually just one part more, the shaft bushings, but it uses stock reluctor and pickup coil, just like the MP (Mallory) one.

When I knew that, simply got disappointed with that piece.

If it's for a B engine, I have one on the shelf that only has a few hundred miles on it.

Rick has his through Summit now. They are a 2nd gen. "upgraded" dizzy. (Not the same as mine.)
