Here's some useful information I think will help anyone to get good results when mixing Polyester Fiberglass Resin with the correct amount of hardener MEK-P, you'll notice there's different percentages on the chart of hardener to mix based on the temperature that your working in, if your work space is cool use the 2 percent mix ratio and if it's hot use the 1/2 percent ratio, if you use these amounts of hardener to mix resin you'll at least have a good curing process for that resin, the link below has mix ratios for smaller amounts below one pint for polyester resin.

The best price for Fiberglass Mats or Cloth I've found on the net is from the fiberglass site, their prices are hard to beat and the next time your in the automotive store or any place that sells fiberglass cloth or mat, take a look at the small fiberglass repair cloth or mat kits they sell they cost about $6.00 for 9 square feet of material I don't know the weight of that material but if your repairing the floor of your boat, car or anything with some size it would take a lot of multiple layers of material and it would be costly, this site sells a 1 yard minimum for special heavy weight fiberglass materials and a 5 yard minimum for standard fiberglass material pieces that you can find like they have in auto stores or a boat shops, $15.00 from the fiberglass site buys you a piece of standard 1.5 oz chopped strand mat that's 50 inches wide by 15 feet or 62.5 square feet of material, that would cost about $41.00 at the automotive store buying multiple smaller pieces, the shipping cost will be at least $12.00 they send there material it on a tube, so just about 30 bucks.  http://www.fiberglasssite.com/servlet/StoreFront

The best price for 1 gallon of Polyester Resin with Hardener and Wax I've found on the net is from the fiberglass site also, read the page link below it tells you what the wax is used for http://www.fiberglasssite.com/servlet/Detail?no=74 Lowe's home improvement I found has the best price locally they also sell polyester fiberglass resin in a Gallon size for $32.00 but it has no Wax like on the fiberglass site link.

The best price for (Polyester) Fiberglass resin hardener MEK-P which is the standard hardener for (polyester) fiberglass resin you can find anywhere, if the temperature is cooling off in your area you will need to add more hardener to the resin just look at the chart above for the additional amount of hardener needed when it's cooler, compared to when it's hot, so if your run short on hardener like I did and buy it from a place like home depot it cost $4.97 for a small tube of hardener that's only 0.74 oz not even 1 oz, Lowe's home improvements I found out today sells a 1 oz tube for $3.50, this place in California Tap Plastics you can get 2 oz for $3.25, or 10 oz for $7.50,  buying 10 oz from home depot would be 13.5 tubes and would cost about $70, so if you're a person that does or is planning on doing some fiberglass work or repairs it's  a good buy to buy the big 10 oz bottle for $7.50 from Tap Plastics, I used a whole gallon of resin on the dash board alone I fabricated for Phat69charger 69 Charger, and about 3 oz of hardener, I had to buy two more tubes of hardener for $10.00 bucks, but for the time and gas spent going to home depot I will spend the $7.50 plus shipping next time because I will have 2 times more of hardener left for the next job for about the same money,  so check out this link http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=40&

Also if you do alot fiberglass work you should buy one of these http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=177&
