I'm not saying you don't know what you're talking about but are you sure it wasn't a daytona wing instead?

I'm just hoping that I could be reunited with my car's parts!

I have always thought if people actually think about the cars the wing had to have come off of! :icon_smile_blackeye: I always read in magazines about "People building a Daytona or 'Bird from the wing down". Why didnt the person who took the wing just take the whole car?
It is in a junkyard or somewhere in pain. :'(

That's a new number for me (and for the shipping list).  Any details on that car?

65post

I think I might have listed the wrong car.Don`t have my list with me right now but the one I was thinking of was one of the copper/Tan CDN cars that went to the states. Was ( restored ) and came out white/black with an AIR CONDITION firewall then restored again back to copper/tan.The vin I listed ( I Think ) is to a F8/black Daytona in Montreal.

414644 "should" exist, since it falls in the range of Canadian Daytona VINs.  I haven't seen any information on it, unfortunately.

Moparmatty

Anyone ever saw any info on 414734?

414734 isn't in the "range" of Canadian Daytonas, which is 414619 thru 414667 (plus one oddball as usual, 423239)

If you're asking about that VIN from the '79 WW list, I'm not sure that's a correct number.  It's not horribly far from the rest of the cars, but I've only found one exception to the Shipping List's range of VINs in all the years I've followed them.  I even have that car recorded as 414634 in my notes, as I'd wager decent money that it's just a mis-recorded VIN.  Could be wrong though, but until more definitive info about the car pops up I stick with my theory that the 734 VIN is incorrect.

That's my $0.02 anyway...

Do we know what colour 414634 was?
