not to be a ninny, but... i didnt find it too funny.  actually, i was kinda disappointed and upset that one would joke about such a tragic situation, then lead others on that shared in sincere empathy/sympathy for the situation.  not taking it too serious and not trying to sound holier than thou, but there are some things you just dont joke about:

1. your mom
2. death

and lastly,

3. your car being stolen to a whole bunch of guys/gals that would forego a bill to send you a part/item you need just because its the right thing to do

maybe its just me... but i didnt laugh at all.

I figured it was an April Fools from the post about the chase, and the guy bailing out.  Also the fact that you said it was trailored away, and yet when the police started the chase, the Charger was driving itself.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

 :shruggy:     I see this thread when it has nine pages,   see the thread headline reads april fools, and start in on page one, I read his first post and a couple more and it sounded real, so I skipped to page nine,  wtf?  it WAS an aprils fools joke? 

   actually, I couldn't figure out why you could see the guys and be filming it, yet not make a single move to stop them,  ?    well, glad it didn't get stolen, that's good.   


Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Not funny. I just told my wife about it being stolen this morning. She worried about mine, but I have the idea that it's insured for what I have in it so it's not all bad. Though I would miss it big time. Who wants to look at an empty Air Chamber?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
