I managed to get both in the annual car show on Sunday with a little help from my friends.

Beautiful cars Brian! What size are the wheels on that '68? Looking to get a new set for my black '68 as well. They look great!

Thanks

Jeff
Unless my monitor is completely outta whack, I see two '69's...three if you count the Mustang in that first pic. ;)

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

'68???       Cough gag wheez!!!

Anyway those are Cragar S/S 612P.        17x8 front,  18x9.5 rears.  Took awhile to get them but I like'em.    They're not showing up in the online Cragar catalog anymore...  :icon_smile_blackeye:

Ok...based on excellent advice I got here, I had a 4 barrel intake manifold and carb put on my 68 383.  It is the second thing I have had done that I paid a professional to do.  I'm proud of how far I got on my own with mentoring from here and from my buddy from work but I felt it was time to give this car some professional attention. I Love It!!!  Here is a short video I did this afternoon...by request of a childhood friend who has known this car almost as long as I have...we used to hang out at my stepdads gas station and dream about driving this car....that was a long long long time ago.  Anyway here it is...

Dodge Don

Nice rolling shot. I missed Moparfest for first time.

Ghoste

Wondered about that Don, I was watching for your car.  I saw Marc from a distance and never did catch up to him.  Actually Marc, I never saw the 68 there, I just saw you wandering around when I was in line for my goody bag.

I keep meaning to make the drive up the river to Sarnia for the must have fries beneath the bridge before the summer is shot.  Its going quicly but if I do run the car up there I'll try and give you a heads up.  Meet fro a beer or something.

JR

I went to a local cruise in a couple of weeks ago, and met some cool guys who run a local group.

One of the guys took some close up shots. These are neat. Kind of makes me want to get into photography.
