I do believe that is the logo of "Appliance" wheels.

Cheap Appliance 5 spoke wheels , I had them on my car for about 1/2 hr  when I bought it .

That explains it, when I bought the car, the guy said they were American Racing. These are cheap, glad to here American Racing would not sell low quality crap. There's a guy wanting to buy them if I could find a another center cap.
