The guy at the DMV told me it would be a week this morning till they had a decision. He just called me back and said they approved me for a title! This is one happy dude here haha. Let the games begin! :icon_smile_big:

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Sweet! Glad it worked out. I had to fill out a couple rounds of paperwork and try to contact the last registered owner before I was issued a title for my project. The whole process took about 6 weeks and about $60 bucks, but it all worked out. Scott.

Hi, I remember your other Charger. For those that don't know or remember, This R/T is in twice as nice shape as his other one. I hope you get the title & restore this R/T. Good luck to you. :2thumbs: LEON.

P.S. Link below to his other Charger.

Thanks Leon! Yes my other one, although seemingly more complete was rusted so badly I think you would be hard pressed to find one worse. The build will commence soon right now trying to deal with this snow mess.

I'm glad everything worked out Pat.
Now the real fun begins!

Definatly a relief, have to go to the DMV Wednesday to sign a statutory declaration and drop off the vin verification form I had filled out by the RCMP that's verifies that the vin is on what I say it's on. Then they will send that all the head office and they will issue a title. I did manage to split the front clip from the firewall on the satellite to gain access to the firewall.

 Congrats! I've been struggling with ICBC here in B.C to get a title for my 1970 Coronet. It was last registered in Alberta so it's causing some issues. If it was registered in B.C last, I'd already have the title but the Alberta thing is throwing a wrench in it all.

They can be a real pain in the rear, I have a build sheet for a 70 coronet 500 just not one for my car lol

Good for you on the title.   :2thumbs:

The process seems wide open to fraud.  But on the other hand, it's great it's not so Black-and-white that legitimit situations, like yours, can't be handled.  I wish Ohio had something like that.

Looking forward to your build thread.

Now get to work!  You'll be staring at 40 before you know it. ;)

Pat1973charger

Thanks guys going to continue stripping the satellite this weekend to free up room in my garage.

TUFCAT

WOW.  You got the title fast!  That was some seriously awesome leg work on your part....   :yesnod:   Congrats on beginning your project  :2thumbs:

Pat1973charger

I was surprised as well Tufcat, they told me on Wednesday it may take 4 weeks for a decision but the (incredibly attractive and nice) girl at the DMV called me Thursday morning and said it was a go. I wasted no time in getting the title as you see lol.
