I am sure it can, but I have not.  I have in my 68 and the Wannabee.  I am sure it is no easier getting melted rubber off a black quarter than it is a blue or green one :RantExplode: I have to many cars to aford new tires every year

  to me a monster burnout is kinds the cherry on top of a good build . i know a lot of people don't understand it . burnouts turn me on  ;D

don't worry a burnout or two won't get much rubber on your quarter panels and you won't have to buy new tires.

i have a bunch of  big block cars and very little money and will do a burnout at the drop of a dime .

the other night i was out playing pool with the guys and did real shitty  . when i got home i pulled the roadrunner out , again very late at nite . did some monster burnouts and put it away quick before the cops came . changed the attitude of the whole evening . i was all alone , no video taken it was just for my spirit . clutch car too . made me happy , happy , happy   :boogie: :boogie: :boogie:

i guess because of my drag racing back round . Burnouts make me happy and yes in the past i have broken things doing burnouts . i'm much more careful now.

i understand why some people won't do burnouts . it's probably  the smart thing to do

but i'm gonna have to bust your balls about it . what are friends for    :slap:

No problem! to each hos own.  It is kinda fun but I had lots a rubber on the quarters of the wannabee.  It took me hours to get it off.  I am real anal about keeping the play cars clean.  Kind of funny since my daily driver truck is never clean inside or out :scratchchin:

I dont know Stu, I remember seeing him driving in a parking lot too. We all got concerned with that one.

BigBlockSam

QuoteGet some snow up there don't you?

my cars are not trailer queens .i  use them as much as possible . of coarse i'm not gonna use my restored #'s matching  68 charger r/t in the snow but i will do  a burnout with it . even if i get a little tire rubber on the rear panel.  yea we get snow . lots of it last year . i run my roadrunner 12 months a year. it lives in a parking spot in front of my house . if there's to much snow on the ground i put a cover on it and use my truck more . i don't take my Harley out in the snow either.
