 flame I did posted here at the forum wiew Weeks ago, that i am looking for Fenders for 1968 Dodge Charger. one day after the posting someone did send me a mail, that he would have one left Fender and one right fender used for Sale. He wanted $ 400 bugs for both. I thougt this would be a very good price so i disigned to buy both of them.
I did ask how mutch the Shipping costs would be to ship them to Switzerland/ Europe. He told me that the total ammount with the shipping costs would be $ 650.00. So i did sent the money.
But the Fenders did never arrived. I am so stupid!!!!

Here is the adress of this Bad Boy: Mike Mcgahey, P.O Box 1122, Owasso, Oklahoma 74055
His email adress: fordsgonewild@yahoo.com

Maybe there is a helping Hand out there who could help me to find this pice of Sh.....

I also made this mistake. This guy is a grade A asshole. He trolls Charger forums looking to screw people. I only got my money back after contacting the authorities in Owasso. Turns out its a federal offense to use the USPS in the commission of any offense. Especially defrauding someone out of their money via the post office. I know hind sight is 20/20, but using the search function search his name here and the genny lee club and look at all the hits. This guy is a well known phunkingpricnkassholemutherfuncker and if anyone was passing through Owasso, I'd give them 20$ to cut out his eyeballs. But i digress. Call every bit of authority you can in your home town and his. Present them with all the evidence you find on the web of his miss deeds and whats hes done to you. I had more than one detective surprised enough to say "holy shiiiit"...

bottom line... Get this guy and get him hard. Make him taste the end of your justice cap in the back of his throat. He's a pile of crap that makes what should be a pleasant exchange of parts between fellow hobbyists a phunking terror.

best wishes!

Man that is just wrong.  What comes around goes around, and he'll get his in life.  He's already down and out if he's ripping others off.  Dang that's a big shipping bill.  Really sorry.  Check into what IowaCharger69 did?

A similar recent incident happen like this on my forum. Needless to say, I blocked him from being able to ever join my site again. We also implemented new rules for posting and post up warnings so hopefully this won't happen again. Most scammers like to email you when your looking for parts through emails first because it is a way of laying low.

The guy (who has been seen on this forum & Moparts too) also doesn't realize he ripped off the wrong person this time Cheesy

Ok, this A-hole is really starting to build up momentum on how many people he screws over! Seems he's getting more comfortable with scamming folks & throwing caution to the wind. The "FordsGoneWild" e-mail name he uses clearly says that he also scams people on Ford forums too & I'm sure many others...the screen name he uses here is ChargersGoneWild, click "show last posts" at the bottom of his profile; http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=5656and see how many other ads he's posted here.
This jerk needs some quality JAIL time to think about some hard facts in life. icon_smile_angry

Here's another thread with the screen name ChargersGoneWild; http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,42393.0.html There's also a picture on page two.
Notice the names in this case are Shane or Kristi Mcgahey...that makes three different people involved in the scam? shruggy Maybe it's one guy using three different names...including a girl's name? How would he cash the checks, though with a girl's name? shruggy
I'm not positive, but according to law, aren't 3 or more people involved in a scam bump it to 2nd degree felony? I could be wrong, just going from memory.

I agree....I did get my charger hood. But you HAVE TO LEGALLY THREATEN HIM to get him to ship anything.  Took forever and only replied to one personal message saying he shipped it after I was threatning to get the authorities involved.  Says he was in a car wreck... Roll Eyes ...Sure...
He then sends me a personal message saying.."you got the hood, what makes me a scam artist??' The fact that a person would rather s**t someone out there $$$ instead of shipping until they have to sounds like a pretty decent scam artist ploy to me. I told UPS about his little dealings....

Like a giant thorn in my side...

"shane": "mcgahey1@cox.net"
"michael": "cuts1969@yahoo.com"
"wildone": "jamesdean5532@yahoo.com" - This also matches eBay member "hotcarmomma7" (who sells Ford parts as well).
"dna": "bertoldo@cox.net"
"jesseduke": "hazzardfun@yahoo.com"
"generallee": "georgialee01@cox.net" (and also "bertoldo@cox.net" - see above)

I also believe this to be the same person...
"nickt": "tulsashane@yahoo.com"

I think Michael and Shane are the same person and I believe Kristi is his wife as several people have spoken to her on the phone. "chargersgonewild": "fordsgonewild@yahoo.com"

You can also find them on the CGLFC board ("californiadreamin") and I'd certainly think twice about sending any money to Oklahoma.
