The difference is that one is a voltage regulator for your charging system and the other is an ecu for your ignition system.  Since the thread is titled "voltage regulator" I'm tempted to say the voltage regulator is the one you want, but then again...?

first we need to say the right voltage regulator to your car is this one:

if you still have the single field alternator, what is the right one for you year.

then if you upgraded to dual field, you need the electronic regulator ( first link you posted )

Second link is the electronic ignition box. To make the upgrade, need the COMPLETE KIT, if you are still with points distributor:

Ive put on MSD blaster 2 coil and HIFire digital ignition box. I think my voltage regulator went out as the last few times I drove it the needle wouldnt go over half (like when its supposed to do when it's charging) so I figured Id replace it with that orange looking voltage regulator.

The first one regulates voltage.
That orange box is an ignition module and is not a voltage regulator.

so they can be both installed as an upgrade for stock charging and ignition system? They should be working with stock disty an aftermarket MSD blasted 2 coil and HiFire digital box or I don't need orange ignition box with the upgrades I already have? Thanks

You don't need the orange box with the HiFire.  That is the control box for a Mopar electronic ignition and you have an aftermarket one.

I still can upgrade my voltage regulator?

IS IN FACT MANDATORY in my numbers if you have MSD, digital or electronic ignitions system need a VERY RELIABLE regulated power source. If you still have single field alt, I would go for the complete electronic upgrade, including alt.
