I'm working on my 68 Charger. I have a box of pieces that came with it. Anyone know where this piece goes? What it hooks up to? Any pics would be helpful.

and to specify where it goes -  it attached to one of the 4 bolts that bolt the big ugly column bracket to the column itself - then goes on one of the studs that the brittle white plastic pieces slide over.
