72 Charger SE roof rail weather stripping ?

Hey guys. I need new weather stripping on my 72 Charger SE. Every site I see that sells weather strip for this year model says it "won't fit SE with fixed rear window". My rear windows roll up and down, but the rear has the plug that makes the exposed part of the window smaller. Does anyone know if the regular weather stripping will work or not? If not, where do I get the right ones for my car?

Thanks!

Dino

I just did a quick check and see that the roof rail weatherstripping is different for '73 - '74 SE's due to the fixed opera windows.  No mention of '72's though.  I think the seal is the same for all '72's as there does not seem to be a specific seal for the '72 SE.

Hopefully someone else will chime in and shed some light.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

They made 8 piece weatherstrip kits especially for 1972 SE's but I don't see any roof rail weatherstripping for 1972 SE's only. This kit says " Roof rail weatherstripping, 1971-1974 all B-body models except 1973-1974 Charger SE models, reproduction." Doesn't say it won't fit a 1972 SE? Worth a shot calling Year One and asking them?

72 SEs uses the same than any 71/74 hardtops, just requiring ( if you care ) trim out the lenght inside the quarter opening glass plug.

the ONLY difference on this part between any 71/74 2 doors B BODY INCLUDING PLYMOUTHS is the 73/74 SE due the fixed B pillar post

Just that manufacturers are not exactly on descriptions
