Question on 1974 interior. Depending on the trim line, the design/look of the upper vinyl door panels are different. However, are they all interchangeable? For instance, will non SE Brougham door panels and plastic kick panels fit an SE Brougham car?

If anyone can answer I would sincerely appreciate it.

plastic panels are basically all the same, but 74 rear lowers due the seatbelt retractor for shoulder ( althought 71/72s are with padded arm rests, interchanges with 73s which are non padded ) so not a problem on that.

another differences are the 1st 71 half seatback bucket panels, being these really 70 kind

Uppers... if you get a non Brougham upper panels from a 73/74 SE, will fit the same than Brougham upper panels from 73/74 SEs. If you mix them, woodgrain trim and vinyl pattern won't match, but phisically fits. So getting a full matching set won't have any problem

Hardtops/Coupes uppers are diff due the quarter glass, but doors are the same ( did exist brougham interior for hardtops, My car have it, got from a Canadian Donor. Hardt to see them though )

71/72 uppers won't fit on any 73/74 and backwards, no matter model or whatever. Phsically won't fit

once again, plastic lowers, with exception exposed are the same

Agreed, I found out the hard way. Had a '72 Brougham black interior to use on a '73 SE with the exception of the rear uppers and sail panels. And now this, the uppers won't fit, they rake upwards towards the door lock ferrels and I had to use the long straight door lock knobs in a temporary situation. UGH
