Not as crazy expensive as you might think either.  No, not cheap, but not stupid expensive.

The 68 has a magnet inside. When the plunger is all the way in it will seem to "stick". It takes a bit more pressure than normal to pull it back out. The 69 will be consistent all the way through the motion since it's only working against the diaphragm.
