Verifying numbers matching on a 69 Charger

How would I verify if an engine is numbers matching in a 69 Charger?  I own a Cuda and it is located on the pad just to the rear of the right engine mount on the pan rail to verify the engine & tranny is located on the right side.   Is this the same on the chargers?  I'm trying to purchase a 69 Charger & am trying to get the owner to verify whether it's numbers matching??

In advance thanks,
MoparGuy

Thanks 6944spdrt.  Great pics of their locations.  These are the same as on a Cuda
Thanks

Your welcome MoparGuy. I hope you get the Charger.

BTW: The 'Cuda and Challenger has numbers on stamped on the cowl but, are they also on the trunk lip? I didn't think they were.

I'm interested in this topic as well, but the link posted by 694spdRT doesn't seem to work, or is "off limits"(?).
Thanks.
