Just put new 2.5 inch TTI exhaust on my 69 383 car with factory hp manifolds. Everything fit really good except for the drivers side connection between the manifold and the exhaust stack. It is not quite flush enough. It'll definitely leak as is. I put felpro gaskets on both sides.

Did big block cars come with exhaust donuts at the manifold/exhaust stack connection? Looks like that will be my best option to keep it leak free. Regular flat gaskets won't work unless I'm doing something wrong.

Yes, I know I have too many cars. My wife reminds me daily.

I would check the casting # on that manifold !!! different years have a different angle on the flange
