That hood will fit your car with no problems.  Wanna trade for my 74 power bulge hood.  Late 73 and all 74 hoods didn't have the cowl vents at the rear of the hood.  Cleans up the lines a little,  but I like the vents.  I really want an R/T hood with the louvers.  but I am a little frugal (no cheap) when it comes to my Charger.  Also early Chargers used the windshield washer squirter's fitting through the vents and the late 73-4 had the washers fitted onto the wiper blades.

my 73 was built in January of 1973 and had the squirters through the vents.  the wiper squirters were on late model 73 and all 74.

I was going to put this hood on my 74 Charger but it has a funky looking vented thing mounted in the middle of it.

The hood will fit, but you'll have to remove the little reinforcing brackets on the 74 that goes from the fender to the bumper.(both sides) The underside of the hood in this area is different. Or you can cut the hood in that area, but that would just be WRONG!!

Hotrod98,

Perhaps you and I should trade hoods. Unfortunately, at this time I'm in Egypt and may not be back in the States before spring.

my 73 rallye was built 5/30/73 and it still has the washer squirters through the hood vents.
